Manufacturing service
CADstar uses the best of CAD / CAM technology and only premium dental raw materials. Everything is made here, from single caps to 16-unit bridges. In addition, the milling center specializes in the production of individual implant prosthetics such as abutments and bar constructions, supplying all leading implant manufacturers.
3D Imaging
We develop and manufacture high-end 3D scanners entirely on our own at the Bischofshofen location, using sophisticated technology, uncompromising efficiency and perfect design. Our hardware and software is developed for professional users with demanding requirements. The devices are also characterized by an incomparable price / performance ratio and are associated with a unique training and support concept.

Prosthetic components
Another field of CADstar's activity is the production of premium prosthetic components. In addition to scan abutments with patented external geometry, CADstar also manufactures titanium adhesive bases for individual zirconia abutments, abutment screws and laboratory implants. The portfolio is compatible with all common implant systems. The quality and reliability of the prosthetic components is regularly tested by independent institutes and confirmed by available certificates.
Orthodontics
CADstar has been supplying the orthodontic market with its own brand ``Staraligner`` for several years. Staraligner is an intelligent, user-friendly system for the idealization of dental arches. Tooth corrections can be performed easily, gently and almost invisibly. There are also CADstar 3D scanners that are tailored to the specific needs of orthodontic users and meet all the requirements of everyday digital orthodontic use.

New company building

“End of 2019, CADstar moved into its new company building and thus, all corporate divisions were concentrated in one central location. An a floor space of 4.500 m², resulting in Austria’s largest technology centre for digital dentistry. In addition to contract production for dental laboratories, the new location also houses the research and development of dental hardware and software and the manufacture of the CADstar 3D scanners. Furthermore, the latest training facilities are available for the education and training of dental technicians and dentists.”
