Base Module
Great for beginners, mighty in the hands of exports.

The CS Exocad base module is known for its quick and simple operation – it will help you save costs and maximise your productivity. It is robust and reliable even with complex day-to-day work.

In additions to innovations in Exocad, the CADstar version also contains the latest implant and material library, including the CADstar Zirconia Multi-Layer STML and the CADstar Zirconia Multi-Layer UTML. Information on our new materials can be found in the help centre. Please contact our support team to receive the latest version and we will help you straightaway. If you do not have a valid update contract, please contact our back office.

CAD Design

The Virtual Articulator made by exocad allows you to incorporate dynamic occlusion into your design in order to achieve better, patient-specific results. Parameters such as condylar tract inclination, Bennet angle, or lateral movement can be adjusted as with a physical articulator or imported by third-party providers using the XML interface.

CAD Design

When using the CS abutment module, the modelling of abutments and implant-supported structures is simple and not complicated at all. This add-on module optimises the precision and productivity of the abutment design, including caps and overpress crowns. It also saves time and increases accuracy. The software uses its own implant positioning and alignment algorithms to ensure the required accuracy in the manufacturing process. The CS abutment module provides a user-friendly interface that greatly simplifies the modelling of complex dental structures and makes it more flexible and efficient.

CAD Design

The Bar Module allows for quick and easy production of bar structures. With sophisticated design options, this module allows bars to be constructed that meet the demands of even complex clinical situations and thus offer maximum patient comfort. The bar module also provides a vast selection of profiles: Dolder®, Hader, Canada, and Hybrid bars as well as individual profiles top off this module. To be able to use tension-free bar structures, an ultra-precise scanning system as well as excellent CAD software are needed. Our scanner including bar module combines both important criteria in order to ensure a reliable process chain.

CAD Design

The CS Bite Splint Module helps to create therapeutic bite splints or teeth guards. In order to attain optimal, patient-specific results, we recommend using the bite splint module in combination with the virtual articulator.

CAD Design

The CS Provisional Module allows you to design temporary crowns and bridges with the help of the “eggshell” technique. Here, temporary restorations are created based on scans of the preoperative situation – it is possible to either make a copy of the current situation or rely on a variety of dental libraries.

CAD Design

The revolutionary TruSmile technology provides photo-realistic rendering in real time – even during the design process. This high-performance aesthetic module creates natural denture constructions on screen during the design process and thus helps to facilitate patients’ decisions. According to the motto “what you see is what you get”, this module can also be used as a marketing tool for chairside users – convince the patient of the benefits of a ceramic restoration versus metal crowns.

CAD Design

The Model Creator module allows the creation of digital models by subtractive or additive methods (e.g. 3D printing). Scans of intra-oral and impression scanners are used. Traditional saw-cut models can be manufactured or those with pre-fabricated pin base plates. In addition, there are several ways to prepare the models for correct articulation.

CAD Design

Using an unlocked DICOM module, our CAD platform allows you to visualise Voxel data from CT devices during the design process of your restorations. The integrated HTTP server allows the CAD platform to exchange data from implant and tooth positions with third party implant planning software.

CAD Design

The Exocad Full Dentures module the user to design complete dentures restorations. With this tool, a complete functional analysis can be done digitally followed by teeth setup suggestion; the prosthetic elements can be milled, printed or produced using a combination of these.

CAD Design

Additional dental libraries “ZRS” by Manfred Wiedmann. The Exocad Base Module already has a large number of dental libraries. For an even greater selection, a more comprehensive library of natural teeth is available as an add-on at an affordable price. The library includes the “Anteriores” collection of Dr. Jan Hajtó.

With the purchase of the module, you will receive:
• 61 sets of upper jaw anterior teeth • 19 sets of lower jaw anterior teeth • 19 sets of upper jaw posterior teeth • 19 sets of lower jaw posterior teeth

CAD Design

exocad’s PartialCAD offers flexibility and freedom of design thanks to its unique voxel based technology. With the PartialCAD partial frameworks, Exocad offers you a digital solution for the construction of high quality, removeable partial denture frameworks. This partial framework solution even meets the requirements of the most demanded experts in this fields thanks to its high level of design flexibility.

Properties:
• Advanced design • Adaptation features for mesh, major connector, braces, lingual aprons and finish lines • Support for I-Bar brackets • Combination of partial frameworks with crown and bridge construction elements • Pillar design with retention • Adding of logos and texts to the partial framework • Create support strips for printing • Automatic relief for optimal fit • And much more.

CAD Design

With the “Jaw movement import” module, the user can import real movement registration from external devices (JMA system from Zebris). This module works in combination with the virtual articulator module.

Software Smile Creator Kl EN

“Create added value with the Smile Creator – the innovative in-Cad Smile Design solution for foreseeable aesthetic “smile makeovers”. Integrated in exocad, the Smile Creator makes it possible for dental laboratories to reliably assess the prosthetic feasibility even during the aesthetic planning – thanks to the innovative 2D/3D technology.

  • Load patient photos in exocad. These are converted into 3D objects, which can be made on 3D scanners.
  • Automatically added reference lines and process them
  • Select a suitable tooth form from the comprehensive library
  • Use the easy 2D tools to process the 3D shapes
  • Observe the result in 3D from different angles in real-time

The Smile Creator is available as an add-on module for exocad DentalCAD or as a stand-alone version”
